Easy BBQ
Country Style Pork Ribs
6 to 8 pounds of boneless, country
style pork ribs, trimmed
2 cans of beer
1/2 bottle of Joker's Plum Wild or
Wild Bill BBQ Sauce
|
|
|
Season the ribs with salt, pepper and
garlic; brown in frying pan. Place in a crock pot and cover
with beer. Let them cook all day on low; drain the beer and pour the
sauce over the meat.
This recipe will serve 8 to 10 people.

BBQ Roast
4 - 5 pound beef roast
2 teaspoons cracked pepper
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 cups of water
1 cup Joker's Original or Joker's Wild
Horse BBQ Sauce

|
Place roast in a Dutch oven.
Season with pepper, garlic, salt and bay leaf. Pour water in
bottom of pan. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 6 hours.
Pour Joker's sauce over roast and return to the oven for 15 minutes.
The roast will be very tender. Make sure to serve with extra
sauce for dipping.
If you have any leftovers, serve on a
hoagie roll with your favorite Joker's sauce.

Pizza
The next time you make pizza,
substitute Joker's Wild Horse BBQ Sauce for the pizza sauce for
a different twist! Top with lots of meat, veggies and
cheeses. Bake as usual. |

|
Shrimp Kabobs
1 green pepper, cut into 1
inch squares
1 red onion, cut into 1 inch
squares
12 cherry tomatoes
12 - 16 shrimp, peeled and
deveined
1/c cup Joker's Plum Wild BBQ
Sauce or Wild Bill BBQ Sauce

Skewer shrimp and veggies.
You can cook these either on the BBQ or under a broiler.
Cook for about 3 minutes then turn skewers over and cook an
additional 3 to 4 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink.
Baste liberally with Joker's Plum Wild or Wild Bill BBQ
Sauce and serve. If you prefer your veggies more
cooked, try boiling them for 2 to 3 minutes before placing
in skewers.

Shredded BBQ Beef
Sandwiches
This is an easy way to
make an awesome sandwich.
Great on a cold day!
3 lbs. beef roast
1 14 oz. can of beef broth
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 t. black pepper
1/2 t. salt |

Place these ingredients in a Dutch oven, cover and bake at
350° for 4 hours or until meat is tender. (Make sure
there is always liquid in the pan, add water if needed.)
Remove the meat from the pan and use 2 forks to shred it.
If you like, strain the onions from the liquid and add to
your shredded beef. |

Joker's Wild BBQ Sauce
6 Hoagie rolls or hamburger
buns
Add the Joker's Wild BBQ
Sauce to the shredded meat and serve on Hoagie rolls or
hamburger buns. |
